You can return any newly purchased product undamaged and in its original packaging, in padded mailer or box, prepaid and insured with dated sales receipt, name, address & valid #RMA for full refund – not including shipping and handling. Refunds will never be made for accidentally damaged beauty instruments; only one time exchange for each purchase. Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Broken Seal – For the original purchaser from date of purchase, any item Lost or Stolen, an insurance claim must be filed with the postal carrier and, a police report will be required in some instances. Damaged upon arrival or ‘Broken Seal items, must be reported to us within 72 hours from date of delivery. Full refund including shipping and handling will be made upon receiving an approved claim. No refunds will be made if claim is denied. We have no say in the outcome of any insurance claim and are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of shipping. Allow 6-12 weeks for processing by carrier.

Past their ‘Use By Date’, ‘Shelf Life’ or Wrong Item – Any wrong, past their ‘Use By Date’ or ‘Shelf Life’ item received due to our error must be reported to us within 72 hours from date of delivery. Return any wrong item, past their ‘Use By Date’ or ‘Shelf Life’ item received in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, in padded mailer or box, prepaid and insured with dated sales receipt, name, address & valid #RMA for an exchange of similar item or a full refund issued upon request - not including shipping and handling.

Conditions – All Warranties, Guarantees and Protections offered by Princess Care are only valid for original purchaser from day of purchase. Grey Market purchases or subsequent owners will not be eligible. Warranty Policy is only valid for purchases within the US. All Warranties and Guarantees shall be null and void outside the US. Any inappropriate usage, misuse, abuse, neglect or fraudulent use of products deemed by authorized Princess Care Personal shall null and void warrantees, guarantees and other protections offered in Warranty Policy.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase, proof of identity and signed returns slip must be provided at the time for all Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. Princess Care and all authorized Vendors reserve the right and discretion to refuse any Refund, Returns or Exchange ‘not in accordance’ with Warranty Policy or ‘Terms of Use.’

Princess Care brand scissors and manicure pedicure beauty instruments are subject to servicing by Princess Care authorized service agents only. Any Princess Care Scissors or manicure pedicure beauty instrument that are serviced by an unauthorized person or persons or company, are immediately void of all guarantees, warranties and protections. Scissors or beauty instruments that have been poorly maintained, misused, abused, neglected or over worn before servicing may also void their guarantees, warranties and other such protections offered. The Bladesmith's decision on all such matters is final.
