30 Day Return Policy: For the original purchaser, 30 Day Return Policy from date of purchase; You can return any newly purchased product undamaged and in its original packaging, in padded mailer or box, prepaid and insured with dated sales receipt, name, address & valid #RMA for full refund – not including shipping and handling. (This excludes accidental damage, abuse, neglect, misuse, or products with a ‘Broken Seal’, past their ‘Use by Date’ or ‘Shelf Life). Offered only once per purchase. All returns must be in a new re-sealable condition and products must contain all original documentation and material. Products and items must be returned to original vendor.
Items not covered; we do not accept returns on…
- “Consumables,” which are open or used unless they arrive/delivered to you “damaged” or “defective” or arrive with a “broken seal.”
- Used products or packaging not in original condition unless they arrive/delivered to you “damaged” or “defective” or arrive with a “broken seal.”
Consumables: Due to the nature of products which are classified as consumables, we cannot accept returns if they are open or used unless they arrive/delivered to you “damaged,” “defective” or arrive with a “broken seal.” A product which is classified as a consumable will usually have a Consumables Stamp/Seal on the product detail page identifying it as such.
Wrong Item: 7 Day Return - For the original purchaser who receives or is delivered the wrong item from date of delivery. (This excludes accidental damage, normal wear, abuse, neglect or misuse). Return item unused and undamaged in original packaging with valid #RMA for full refund - shipping and handling included. No Wrong Item Returns are accepted outside the 7 Day Period from date of delivery.
Lost, Damaged or Broken Seal: For the original purchaser from date of purchase, any lost, damaged upon arrival, or ‘Broken Seal items, must be reported to us within 72 hours from date of delivery. An insurance claim must be filed with the postal carrier. A full refund including shipping and handling will be made upon receiving approved claim. Return item in its original packaging, in padded mailer or box, prepaid and insured with dated sales receipt, name, address & valid #RMA.
USA: $4.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING per Order.
International: We do not ship international.
Domestic Ship To: We ship to all 48 States at no extra charge. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico APO and USA Territories additional charge may apply).
Packing: Items are packed and shipped in padded mailer or sturdy corrugated box accordingly, depending on size and weight of item. All packing material is new and all items are carefully and professionally packed.
Tracking Information: Delivery Confirmation email with tracking number is automatically sent upon shipment of your order.
Insurance: All items are insured.
Customs: Buyer is responsible for knowing all and any applicable import regulations or customs fees which apply. We are not responsible for any items held or returned by Customs or fees due. No refunds will be made for items held by customs.
Items returned to us by customs will be refunded - not including shipping and handling. It usually takes an extended period of time for receiving any Customs returned items sent back.
